Injured at work who admitted fault

Injured at work. It was put down to a matrix error. Damaged nerve in wrist.
i was undoing the material band around the cage. There was too much stock on cage and as the strap was loosened the heavy casings fell against my arm. There was no job training given - company admitted liability. what evidence do i need for this??

HI Rive. When it comes to accidents at work the first thing we always ask is was it reported in the accident book? Even if not you can still make a claim but having the accident report can prove as additional evidence. Other than that you can use witness statement and any CCTV along with medical records as evidence of an accident
