Is it too late to claim?

I worked for a restaurant and was involved in accident over a year ago that was not my fault. would I still be able to sue? One of the other workers handed me a cup of tea to bag for delivery but the lid was not on properly and it spilled over my chest leaving me with burns and consequently permanent scars

Hi Bese sorry to hear this. You are still able to claim for this yes. You have 3 years from the date of the accident to make a claim for a personal injury at work so there is still plenty of time to go ahead with it if you wanted to do so.
