I went for a hydro facial at the salon. They told me I’d be fine with the creams but they didn't advise a patch test.
I was given a moisturising gel. First 3 days it were fine but the fourth day my face turned red and was burning. I went to the salon and the therapist called a nurse who told us it was an allergic reaction. The nurse prescribed another cream, but it didn't stop the burning and redness. The nurse said it doesn't look like an allergic reaction and a clinical director was supposed to call me but I haven't been contacted.
