Slipped at work - no training

I was working at a charity where was bringing in donations, asked for help but I was refused help from manager, then I slipped on the step I had no training in regards to manual handling

Hi Tind, if you are looking to make a claim for this you would be best to contact a solicitor. We always recommend a no win no fee solicitor that would put a claim through the shops liability insurance. As you received no formal training this would deem them negligent and responsible for the injury you sustained.
